AVI LOFTS has an in house architect and structural engineer to help keep your initial costs down and make sure communications between the ones executing the works and the ones calculating and designing are kept in good synchronization with each other.
Loft Conversions
The carrying out of most loft conversions will typically take 8 – 10 weeks without any changes you may wish to make and will have minimal disturbance to the main building until the last 2-3 weeks when the staircase is fitted.
Rear and side Extensions
Rear extensions can also take around 8 – 10 weeks without changes, however can cause some disturbance to main living quarters, especially the kitchen.
During the build, if your existing kitchen needs to be removed we can create temporary facilities using salvaged units and appliances if you have a spare room available somewhere else in the building.
All projects are built in compliance and signed off through Building control in order to obtain your completion certificate.
